Store Problems

I feed there is so problem with this store on the weekends they always have less staff. This Sunday i went to the store to find the line very long and to see there are only two staff working while at least 4 staff by the tills talking to each other and doing noting why ?<br> secondly i have notices number of months that to pay bill ( example lights , telkom ect ) they always offline around month end why is that ?<br> why are they always offline and do have staff they willing to work and not stand around talking and wasting the customers time !!!
