Store not aware of Specials

On the 20th May 2015, I received a copy of the Daily difference, in it mince was on special for R 59.99 - 1kg, I went to one of their stores and the staff was not aware of it, I then sent customer services a mail querying the special, to date no response from them. I have resent the mail with the attachment of the Daily difference again, still no response, I seriously don't have time for False advertising and stores where I spend alot of my money in, ignoring me and not sticking to their advertisments.
