Store Negligence and Bad customer service

On 23rd of December i bought a Top ,needed to wear on that same day only to find out that they did not remove the dictator on the top when I got home so then I removed it then it got torn by knowledge Woolworths clothing is a 100% quality the customer service I received from mananger by the name of Sibongile Khoza at the Durban West Street branch was disgusting and beyond she was absolutely laughing about the matter and told me that I should not have removed it because it was my negligence that I did not check it before I left the store she gladly rold me to see what I would do with it coz there will not assist in any how.
