Store Card outstanding for past 8 - 10 months!!

TERRIBLE service from WOOLWORTHS!! <br> <br> I got my Woolworths account and was issued with a temporary card. 8 - 10 months LATER -- I still haven't received my STORE CARD YET?? I've visited the store at least 4 times to request my permanent store card, but it doesn't help.There's not even a manager that can help me?? This is my third temporary card I received on the 3rd of Nov 2015 (which has expired AGAIN), I've been using it to pay my account, but now I've stopped paying my account for two months to try and get them to give me my store card, they have called to hear why I'm not paying. I told them I'm not getting my card - the lady told the supervisor who promised my card will be at Jacaranda branch by the 23rd of Feb 2016. Still NOTHING - now I'm the one receiving threats of black listing and being a slow payer. This is RIDICULOUS!! I'm not the slow payer WOOLWORTHS is the SLOW service provider!!!<br> <br> Woolworths are worthless - I can't believe they are this ***********.
