Store Card Not received after 7 months

I app**** for a store card on the 26th of March and they gave me that 30 day valid one. I had said they should send it to my home address.nothing and they cannot blame the post office for this because I have purchased and received two items during this time from overseas. On the 30th of August I tried to buy using the expired card and they said they can do a day card for me and that I can order one to be delivered in-store rather than be delivered via post because \it takes longer via post". So I asked how long that will take and they said about ten days"
