Store card issues

I app**** for an account in February 2015. In March my account was approved. I still didn't receive my card. They keep saying that I have to wait for the SMS to fetch my card at the branch. It has been over 5 months now. Every month I have to go get a new temporary card. Will I EVER receive my card????
