Store card does not have a settlement amount calculator

I just called the call centre for a settlement amount valid until 11/03/2023 on my store card and the agent couldn't not give it to me. She gave me the current balance and insisted that Woolworths store card does snot have the settlement amount calculator feature. To me this does not seem right. my ref ***. Please see if there is a way I can get this balance asap
