Store Card dispute unresolved for 4 months

My wife had lodged a dispute activity in her account. This was done in March and all the relevant documents were submitted, but till to date nothing has been resolved. When she calls the customer care, she's been promised that her case will be resolved but till to date she's not assisted. The staff at the call center are not professional. They keep on promising that the card will be dispatched
