Store Card credit limit

Woolworths is such a disappointment to its loyal customers.December 08 2023 my available funds were R2275.83 a week later my funds were R351.00 I then sent an email to the complaints department no one has reponded to my query then I called them to resolve this matter because it also happend last year december aswell,they are busy transferring my calls to all the departments no one has a straight answer for me.credit limit department said its an annual review.For what are they reviewing our credits when we are paying them.This is unacceptable iam very angry because i have not been using my store card with hopes that i will use it for christmas clothing for kids then this happens.Some thing must happen i want my money back I refuse to pay for a loss every year.
