Store card

On the 24th of Feb I called to block my card cause I lost my wallet that was done that's sam saturday I went to Kerk. street woolworths to buy using my ID book I was told I can't went to in store customer service department the lady told me I can't ?I need to wait for my card and I asked to call the callcentr? as I didn't tell them to send my card then she told me if you have reported your card lost Automatically they will send another one with 15days I waited till today I have not got my card. Called callcentre on friday last week Spoke to wendy and she told me the Card was generated and it Will be sent to Keywest it was generated on 1st Of March 2016 that's more that 15days since I reported my card and I asked her why is it sent to Keywest cause I never told them to send it the and the lady at the store said to me it takes one day to get your card to be transport to one store to another and now Wendy tells me she will block the Card that is sent to Keywest that means I need to wait another 15days that's something I'm not will to wait for can I get my card delivered to Woolworths by Kerk Street tomorrow cause I need to use my account
