Stop selling food that is off

Horrible experience i received from your customer service after i complained about the cake i purchased at Woolworths Foods Woodburn mall in Pietermaritzburg. The cake was off and hard, sellby dates were not corresponding with the purchase.

I kept following up with them until they gave me a complaint reference number after that they went quiet even after numerous follow ups.
