Stop contacting my spouse

Please can the Financial department from this store stop contacting my husband. How many time have I told them to contact me instead on my spouse, I am sick and tired of this, I asked for this matter to be resolved a few month ago and I was promised that I will be contacted instead, please please stop I am fed up
