Stone in Low GI Bread

Prior to September the 10th I corresponded with Woolworths via email and via their online survey to express my horror at finding a stone in their Low GI Bread. After receiving no feedback or response I then ventured on to Facebook and sent them a private message. To which they responded: Thanks so much for your details, your reference number is ********** 2- ********** 75. But to date no-one has called me to deal with this matter. I am horrified to think someone may have cracked a tooth on eating this bread and seriously someone needs to look into Customer Service at Woolworths as for the price they charge they need to take ownership and responsibility.
