Stone in food!

I bought some health bars at Woolworths and found a stone in one of them. I reported it more than 1 week ago.. I was told to keep the stone and the bar (that almost cost me a tooth) and up till now, no one has contacted me... what a disgusting experience

I have just also noticed that the quality of their food items have really gone down. I had to send back a salad to the store as well not so long ago where the salad leaves were brown!!!
