****** payment

I paid 5000 to woolworths in March 13 2020 I was paying my credit card but the next month that 5000 did not appear on my statement for April when I called them they wanted a proof of payment I used my capitec card to pay that amount.The proof is there even their EJ Report from the store its there.I emailed everything to woolworths offices but they they don't know what happened to my money its been 6 months now still waiting on Wednesday I called them again on the 16 sep 2020.they told me they Wil cal me on Thursday 17 September 2020.til now stil waiting for them.my I'd is *** Sibongile Mazibuko pls help me they must pay back my 5000 they can't tel me that they don't know what happened to my 5000
