****** Irreplaceable Personal Items

My first and last visit to Woolworths at Mall of the South... what ****ty service... My handbag was ****** with a lot of personal and valuable things inside (incl. my new guess purse that was a gift, as well as all the cash inside that was also a gift, an invoice from my pharmacy with my address on it, along with all my house keys... the worst part is that it contained pictures of my unborn baby who I sadly miscarried.. Those are irreplaceable, and I was absolutely distraught and disgusted that nobody cared about what happened.. while I was trying on a pair of shoes... I was so disappointed by the fact that nothing was done about the matter, the security was useless, I wasn't offered any comfort during my distress and it was completely swept under the rug and forgotten about. I will never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone else!!!
