****** bag by Wollworths employee

My daugther while shopping in Woolworths East Rand Mall for a bag, was approached by a female wearing a Woolworths shirt. This female asked my girl if she was happy to get a slashed price of 50%. Thinking was an in store promotion, she said yes, of course. The female wearing the Woolworths shirt then asked my girl to hand over HER handbag and join the qeue at the till as she was going to meet her there, while doing that, she also involved other 2 or 3 women to do the same and they (accomplices) plsyed along if they also were going to take advantage of the offer. The female and my excited daughter even exchanged names. Once in the qeue of the not so busy shop, my daughter became suspicious as why the Wollies lady needed her bag. So she went to the office looking for Zandi I believe, but a Zandi was there, but was a different woman. Her bag, with id, cards, cellphones etc was gone. A panicky daugther asked for security, but seemed they were not interested to help and gave her the run around. No help, no access to the phone to call us or the banks to stop the cards. Is the ***** a casual at Woollies? If not, how was she allowed to approach a client wearing a Wollie shirt in store?
