Extremely disappointed by Woolworths Maponya Mall security and management????.On the 26 July 2019 was at Maponya Mall Woolworths doing my shopping with may kids pushing a trolley with clothes and the baby bag inside the trolley where there was my wallet and 2cellphones inside the bag. While I was in quee I notice my bag is longer there I searched in the trolley ,couldnt find it. Was already ****** with items inside in less than 15 minutes in the store.I quickly went to report to the staff so they can assist they told me to tell the security are the door.The security called the manager on the floor they started questioning where was I? All those questions and told me they going to check the footage, after 20 minutes the manager came and told me they can't see how the baby bag was ******.the camera was not focusing on the side I was on... i didn't believe it.I left the store with my kids crying without anything since my wallet with cards , money and cellphones were ******.my complaint is how can Woolworths have camera that does not working around the whole floor??? They couldn't help me while I was stranded to see who stole my bag.I have believe that they work with *****s.
