Stinking attitude

On the 5th of December I went to Woolworths Southgate to get a refund on some items that I bought online, Hazel Ndhlovu was assisting me, she has a attitude and instead of assisting me she was back chatting with her other friend, I sat for almost 1hour 30 minutes And she still didn't assist me. She told me that my invoice is not opening And she gave me attitude and she was Busey laughing with her Venda collegue.the Venda lady asked me Why am I returning the items, that's not her business.they must move away from customer service because their attitude stinks. I ended up going to Woodmead retail park and their service was excellent 👍
