STILL WAITING ON CARD

Since last year I have tried to change my surname on my woolworths card. Up to today no changes. I went to Woolworths Paar Mall twice and filled in the forms but to today no changes I do not use the other ID anymore as I am married now but seems that everytime I go to woolies I have to use that ID. It is all so frustrating I mean going twice and still no new card, no changes DONE. WHAT BAD SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS
