Still waiting for voucher - eight months later!

In February I bought fruit at the Woolworths in Plett. On returning home, and opening the punnets and turning over the fruit, half of it was bruised and vrot. I contacted WW, a Wes Leppan, and had to send all the details of the purchase and photos in. They offered me a refund of R60 (under the value of the fruit purchased). On my next trip to them, i bought a punnet of basil, to make pasta and pesto. On opening it at home, we discovered it was baby spinach! We live on a farm out of town, so it was not possible to go exchange it, and my guests were there already.<br> <br> I contacted them again, and again apologies were forthcoming. No offer of a gift voucher this time though. I mentioned that I still had not received the voucher for the previous occasion. Still receiving nothing, I emailed them on Facebook in March, and had to again give all the details, reference numbers etc. They promised to look into it and come back to me, and it is now November and I have heard nothing, not received any vouchers!
