Still waiting for Shaheed to call a flabbergasted Client 2 weeks later

I only but received a ''let me investigate & will call you back 2 weeks ago by the Clearwater Store Manager' now unless he really is Unless he is imprudent or just doesn’t care about customer experiences in his store Saying he is unprofessional & unperturbed is an understatement

Now I demand someone from Woolies to attend to this complaint or I will personally escalate this to someone who is Concerned about Woolies image
