Still waiting for my online purchase

Big concern I have placed order the weekend for things to be delivered this morning at 9am it is now after 3 pm after attempting to contact customer service to follow up. I was told the store is delayed and that I would be contacted back. I am still waiting on my order and I am still waiting on customer service to cantact me. Worst service ever very concerning
