Still Waiting for my gift card after 4 months

Good day,

I have been having a very shocking experience with Woolies for the past 4 months. I lost a gift card and reported it to the shop management, which for me needs to be commended as they have been very helpful.

They asked me to check hte card if it still has funds so that they can block and give and issue a new gift card. This was done bt later on they requested i submit my ID and write an affidavit mentioning i performed the purchase.

It has been four months now going to the fifth one and i am still waiting for my gift card. Pls its urgent and i want to get in possession of my card. Tx
