still waiting

I'm still waiting for my letter that I have requested days back and I have still not received it.

I spoke with *****ba Mboyamba, who was of no help, Mavis Nombombo (Team Leader) who also promised to send the letter I requested, to this day nothing.

this morning I got your email and rep**** to you, still no response.

hoping since you are in the complaints depart, you will send me what I requested over the phone with your collogues and over the email with you.
