Still trying to finalize deceaced parent's account
My mother passed away in the middle of 2014.
She was busy with debt counseling via Debtbusters.
It took ages to get the details out of them,as I had to prove certain things,of course.

It then took months to get the info in regards to how to settle the estate, get paperwork etc.

I've since tried to make contact with all the debtors, which I will now attempt one last time via HELLOPETER,as it seems the only recourse.

I regards to Woolworths

She had an Loan & Card ,and at the time of her passing it was sitting at R2245.66 & R2663.29

She passed away with a minus in her bank account,as she was unfortunately declare unfit due to her health and she owned no immovable property. She has a car which is valued at R5K or less due to the damage to it.

My problem is that it seems no one can tell me how to get to the right person in regards to her debt, which in turn leads the months/years to add up.It's a run around.

Neither I or my sisters are liable for the debt, and will/can't unfortunately pay for something we didn't sign up for,as we didn't incur it,so who do I speak to,PLEASE,to try and close down this chapter?

As I said,6 debtors and an late estate worth - R5K

HOW/WHAT NOW?
