Still no response from V&A Woolworths

On the 16 Aug i wrote to hello Peter with regards a complaint about woolworths bt i have not recieved any help.. I returned stalkings amounting R679on the 3rd all new, sealed and sellibe as per return policy. I was told that they will send the stalkings for an audit that should have been completed in up to 14 days..i stil have not received a call from Woolworths telling me wht has been decided. I have forgot The name of the manager in charge bt shes a med. 20s muslin lady.. She cud be Fatimah. I know how to. Read i know whr it state. About returning without a til. Slip.. Wooolworths stores does not threat customers as kind as they do when it comes to returns.. A Til Slip is a small paper, easily erased and sometimes lost, I dnt understand why it shud be a problem when you return without a til slip bcz their return policy states its gladly allowed. I need assistance please. I did leave my contact details and i do have an audit reciept.
