Stick on fingernail inside Woolworths juice bottle!

I am thoroughly disappointed and appalled after a stick on finger nail came out of one of Woolworths g**** juice bottles. I wanted to know how woolworths would rectify this situation as not only is it unhygienic but a safety concern, however I never got a response back just automated responses!
