Steady Decline

What is going on with Woolworths at Honeydew Village? - have noticed a steady decline - no stock (when I queried was told it was due to the drought) - but this does not seem to affect other stores I have visited. They used to have wipes at the entrance for the trolley handles - no more - use to have free range cooked chickens - also gone. It appears that the person responsible for stock etc and the manager have taken their eye off the ball.
