STAY AWAY FROM WOOLWORTHS PAVILLION CAFE!

Dear Sir/Mam

I was very disappointed with the service at Woolworths Cafe Pavillion today. I had ordered scones with cream and the waiter did not inform me that there was no cream. Our scones were completely cold when they were served and was also hard in certain sections of the scone. I do not expect such service from Woolworths. The tea was also cold. The manager on duty was completely unhelpful as well. Her name was Zamo. Kindly resolve urgently.
