STAY AWAY FROM WOOLWORTHS ONLINE

Do not share your credit card or bank details with woolworths online. Once they have it they will debt your account without your approval. I made an online purchase for R578. I redeemed a gift voucher for R300 online and gave approval for the balance of R278 to be debited from my bank credit card as per the transaction statement. They debited the whole amount of R578 from my credit card and they redeemed the R300 voucher. I have made 3 phonecalls so far but they refuse to refund my cash or credit card. I am told that I will have to wait 2 weeks to be credited with the R300 woolworths voucher. THIS IS SCARY AND ****************!!!!
