Statements

I'm not happy with Woolworths I know I was in arrears and I paid then I went there last week to get a statement or letter stating that I have paid because Im applying for a bond I have been waiting and my offer to purchase will expire. I refuse to lose this house because of Woolworths. If I cant get the letter or statement atleast notify me instead of me wasting my petrol 2 times to get my letter.
