Statement

I have a big problem here, I have an account with you of which i want to pay completely and closed it at the same time, my account is been sent to lawyers Anthony Richards, Monday i went to Woolworth in Carnival City to get a statement that proves that im paying every month so that I can take it to the bank as a proof of payment. At Carnival they said they cannot help me because my account is not with them is with the lawyers, they gave me the number to call ***, I call hem Tuesday and the lady who was assisting me she said they don't issue the statements its Woolworth who has statements. Today I went back to Woolworth at Carnival Mall, I have explain everything to the lady, she called collections department and they transferred her to the lawyers again, and they said the very same thing they told on Tuesday, they don't issue statements.

I just need a 3 months statements that proves that im paying Woolworth, THAT'S ALL I NEED
