Standing in a queue forever

<p>The balfour shop is understaffed this is not the first time I've had to wait over 20 min for a cashier to give me assistance; there are two cashiers and we're in a queue so ling u'd think we're at the home affairs offices we're paying patrons and not here to get our shopping done for free. Hope someone in the woolworths management takes consideration into staffing this shop. </p>
