I went to Woolworths Maponya to buy a phone for my father who was supposed to leave to venda to arrange for my mum funeral ,his just needed software update and we didn't have time to fix because we have a situation,at Maponya they told my brother and I the lady who works with phones is not in today but how can a big store have one person at that department, not a problem we left to Southgate, when we got there spoke to the lady Nonhlanhla she wanted id and proof of adress,we didn't bring the proof of address but we decided we will go to the bank to ask for a statement we get there system offline ,went to the store to ask please can we email you and kindly print this out for us we have a situation she said no we cant ,can we speak to the manager they can help no they won't so she said ,went back home to collect card and draw a statement from another branch, off to southgate, once we got there another customer was choosing a phone cool ,looking at the whole thing my brother says she didn't ask for proof of address we watch everything closely ,our turn she ask for documents and we ask why the other customers were not asked she says because the manager agreed to help without proof of address and i ask her why was that option not given to us when we asked she tells me stories,my father couldnt leave because we need to retrieve some important information from his phone and they wasted my time and my transport money which i want because proof address is not important and not needed,i want the money i had to spend traveling for nothing
