Stale cake

I Bought one of your cakes this morning at Mafikeng Engine garage. The sell by date is the 23 May 22 and best before 24 May 22. The cake is so stale and hard.

I have never experienced such with your cakes. But this time I'm so disappointed. I want to return the cake as I feel it is a waste of my money. May I be guided on what to do. Must I return the cake at garage or at one of your woolworths shops.
