STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED IN THE RIGHT GOODS TO PACK TOGETHER

Is it not normal practice to train staff, irrespective of their job title, how to pack/treat customers purchasing goods when packing them into bags. i.e. today I shopped at Woolworth Bassonia, lovely store, and the staff on the floor were extremely helpful and friendly, including a customer who went to search for a person to help me when I mistook him for one! Anyway, we come to check out - my standard speech pattern at every shop I shop at is "ÿes I would like to purchase bags, but please do not make the bags heavy", ok is the response. Today one bag consisted of 1 x 1kg bag of dog food, 2 tins and 2 bottles of liquid - heavy, so I said no, this is heavy. The rest were acceptable. I get home, start unpacking and notice that confectionery is packed with cleaning chemicals - wouldn't/shouldn't/isn't this a big no no !!
