Staff not able to vote due to working hours

<p>As a company who prides itself in corporate responsibility, I find it quite shocking that your staff were required to work full shifts on voting day! In a casual conversation with a staff member, I asked if she voted yesterday, she said unfortunately I only left work at 6 last night and could not get to a voting station on time. The least you could have done was provide shift work, or close your doors early in order for staff to get to voting stations on time (given the transport issues). Utterly disappointing. </p>
