Staff no nothing

<p>I was at the Eastgate branch and while paying at Country Road Womens section, I asked the cashier on how i can get my parking ticket redeemed. She didnt know and siad she will ask someone. When she did the lady told me some nonense that i just left! She said i must scan my receipt at the parking bay when i exit - i said to her: how is that possible?? you need to pay before you get there, she insisted that all you do is scan your receipt and it will deduct from the parking ticket.</p> <p>Can someone please explain to me how to redeem your parking ticket when purchasing from Woolworths at Eastgate?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
