Staff keeping things for themselves

I ordered just yesterday online. Today i am recieving a call that what i ordered is out of stock, how on hell was it available on the website. Apparently since last week they do not have it on stock, pathetic service. If you are going to refund me, you will also pay the bank charges and the time i wasted navigating your unfriendly website purchasing online. I've seen people posting on social media at your store with the items you claim they not available since last week, i now believe when they say staff keep sale items for themselves, family and friends.
