staff dressing and galavanting during working hour

I'm van steyn noticed a teller from beauty department at woolworths gateway store roaming around in skinny clothes other than uniform can basically see her body having long lunch consuming alcohol and parties with male companions at pubs in shopping mall during working hours. I informed management of store they refuse to do anything about it as want more concrete proof from me , yet gave staff name (rosanne) who works in beauty dep maybe other staff are covering @store how can url pay people when not working full hours???? Hopefully your could issue her strict warning as myself and my friends and who ever I see shopping at that store would defiantely not shop at a store in future that allows staff with such behavior.
