staff dont know their promotions and wasted my time and i was late for a work meeting

woolworths kloof street CT:I had a terrible experience shopping today 27/11/20202 as i picked up a few items on promotion which firstly are very bad labeled as can bring confusion and secondly the staff at the till is not aware of their promotions , if i dont check my slip i would have been charged for the items full price, when making the refund they took 30 minutes to make the calculation and then asked me extra for money instead of giving it back ,jus asked for full refund, left and was late for work messing my whole day
