Spoilt food

I bought food items from the new Woolworths store, The Neighborhood in Gauteng. Store opened 23rd November 2023. The chicken pieces, duck and chicken sausages were spoilt. I went back to the store to return it and didn't succeed. The staff are so rude with full of attitude. That is not how I know Woolworths to be. I am really disappointed. I spent so much of money but couldn't get help with the spoilt food items. Very disappointing service
