Spoiled Yoghurt

I had someone buy Woolies yoghurt six packs at Adderley Street store-now we all know it's lockdown so i couldnt go my neighbour brought it for me and it was sour so i'm expected to provide a till slip when someone else buys the goods for me .I know that they are busy but so are a lot of us it took almost whole week for correspondence -is this the way the service has dropped,i would have received a warning at my company if the client wasnt contacted in an hour's time
