Spoiled red velvet cake

Hi I bought a red velvet cake on the 1st of September for my daughter’s birthday and is was off we couldn’t even finish the one slice we had the rest of the cake is just there we can’t eat it, I feel this was a waste and disappointing for my daughter she couldn’t enjoy her birthday. I sent a complaint on the 2 nd September till today no one has called me or assisted they keep saying someone will call me when they can what disgusting service 🚮🚮🚮
