SPEND OVER CREDIT LIMIT

<p>I'm recieving calls and Sms's from Woolies , they are asking to pay R1000 and something on my account because i have spend more than my credit limit . what i dont understand is that each and everytime when i am using my card i ask the casheir to check credit limit for me before i purchase , but they are telling me that thier systems delays to update and all those stuff . last months i received a call from one of they rude agent her name is Sinakho she even drop the phone when i was trying to explain and she gave me wrong information about my account that i sattled January that i paid and buy on the same day of which is not true, i waited for 2 or 3 weeks . and today i recieved an SMS written that they did notified all three registered credit bureaus regarding this payment. and every moth i do make a payment . i dont understand this issue of spending over credit limit and after that being pushed of paying while i do pay my monthly instalment </p>
