Speedy feedback and check for stock

I called Woolthworths N1 city this morning checking if they have stock of the Baby backpack and Janine advised that there was no stock. She then said she'll find out at the stock room and called me back in less than 5 minutes saying they only have the normal bag. Kindly she called the Canalwalk and Tygervalley branch and found stock at the Canal walk branch asking them to keep it aside for me for 2 days. She called me back 10mins after her last call and gave me the update.<br> It's not often that you would get such speedy and efficient service from shops and therefore this stands out to a a job well done and caring for your customer.<br> Thank you Janine!<br> Regards<br> Melissa
