Sour rolls! What a disappointment!!

I'm very disappointed in the quality of woolworths food, after hearing news that a rat was found in their chicken and then having my own bad experience where we bought 2x packs of hamburger rolls at canal walk woolworths, we opened it the Sunday to gave with mother's day lunch and it was off, my 6 yr old was the first to notice and told us it smelled sour, we then had to go to the shop to buy bread which we weren't planning on doing. Woolworths is supposed to be the one most reliable store around but I don't know what's happening, with the prices you charge one expects nothing but good quality!!
