Somerset mall woolworth store manager athetic service

Somerset mall woolworths. Bought high heels 2 yeterday. Got home tried it on and its too big. Returned it today to the store. They do not want to accept it as it has been worn. Which i did not do! I only tried it on for 30sek. The manager was called.

She was rude loud and had a ****pya ttitude. In no way did she try ro handle the matter in a proffessional and friendly way. She was *****y and just said she will not take it back as it was worn. When i pointed out i bought it a day a ago so it must have been that way she looked at me like i was an idiot. Other clients in the que comme ted on her had attitude and they felt angry for the way a manager reacts

She does not wnat to take back the shoes at all. Imy problem is beyond the shoes. I could care less at this stage about a pair of shoes.

I am shocked at the pathetic and *****y way the STORE MANAGERS REACTS TO CLIENTS. To look at me like im a 2timer who returns shoes thats to big. All i wnated was a smaller size. Thus wasnt trying to **** them out of legally my right to return shoes that doesnt fit the purpose.

Instead of taking me yo the side talking and exlaining stuff to me like a manager should. She *****y and with a smile ranted on before 10 other customers and bascilly said she doesnt matter if i am not in the wrong and doesnt care if i never buy from woolworths or close my accounts.

If this was a manager in my store id rather close my store than have her deal with people

Pathetic and extremely angry at the way i was treated. Other people said they will back me for the complaint as the manager is iut of line and rude
