Sold out again

I have lost count of the many times I visited the pie kiosk at the Waterkloof Ridge Woolworths store, only to find that the mini beef pies, cheese puffs and chicken puffs are sold out

I finally reached the point where I called the store manager to complain. I was not satisfied with the customary 'sorry', so I also complained to Woolworth's customer service via email

The response to my email was quick with an apology and promise that my complaint was 'escalated'

I also received a call from the area manager that the situation would be rectified and that I would not experience the same again

Well today I visited the same pie kiosk only to find all mini pies 'sold out' again

So I emailed customer service at Woolworths again

The response was that my complaint was 'escalated' to the relevant store manager

Well, I started with the store manager and it seems my complaint is going around in square circles back to the store manager, with no visible improvement of the pie kiosk
